ABOUT
THE FOUNDER
Letitia is a dynamic project manager and visionary with 10+ years of experience producing thoughtful programming for television, streaming platforms, and in-person conferences. Her superpower is synthesizing information and breathing creativity, structure, and purpose into any live production. In addition, her infectious personality turns every event into magic as she facilitates discussions covering sensitive issues or celebratory moments. Alongside curating experiences, she is developing the next generation of storytellers and media leaders by training Digital Ministry volunteers, teaching Community Access media courses, and mentoring marketing and film students.
She identifies as a “multiculturalist” with a deep passion for diversity and human connections and is inspired by her experiences living abroad as a military brat. In 2004, Letitia joined The Culture of Respect as a facilitator at Drexel University while obtaining a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and later returned to obtain an M.S. in Television Management. Eager to return to lead individuals through anti-oppression work, in 2021, she joined Culture of Respect as the Participant Coordinator to lead the onboarding experience & digital marketing.
Moreover, her public service runs deep as a workforce development professional having expanded a national program serving individuals impacted by the justice system.
